Paws Pits and Plates is a small BBQ review blog written by two friends who take lunch very seriously.
It started with a simple question: where is the best BBQ in Sydney, and is it worth the queue? We couldn’t find an answer we trusted, so we decided to eat our way to one.
Dan and Glen visit places, take notes and write them up honestly. Good places get praise, average places get politely worded suggestions, and the occasional disaster gets a fair go at redemption.
The ‘Paws’ is there because the dogs come too whenever they are allowed, and a venue that welcomes them earns a place in our hearts.
